Debt Investments

Intervest and its affiliate partners have assembled a full compliment of mortgage loan servicing, asset management and refinancing resources in connection with the acquisition of multi-family notes and single-family residential loan pools. This line of business was created to capitalize on the availability of performing and non-performing note pools sourced from a variety of originators and servicers around the country. The business plan will be to aquire these assets at the appropriate point in the market cycle at very substantial discounts and deal with the debt and/or assets in a manner that avails the opportunity for substantial profits.

The business requires both sophisticated systems as well as the expertise and ability to deal directly with the underlying real estate asset in order to reinstate cash flow on a pool of non-performing notes. The infrastructure that Intervest has assembled is positioned to handle a number of portfolios, each with its own target objective on mix, method and returns. A highly technical analytics model combined with decades of mortgage loan industry and residential real estate asset management experience are key reasons why Intervest is uniquely positioned to maximize returns on these mortgage pool investments.
